Through the power of peer perspective, individuals are able to share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a community of support that helps them to successfully navigate the NDIS and achieve their goals.
Peer Visioning’s psychosocial recovery coaching programs and NDIS recovery coach training help to ensure that all Australians, regardless of their disability, have access to the support and care they need to live fulfilling lives.

We have over 10 years of experience in mental health psychosocial recovery coaching. Our team of lived experience coaches hold a deep understanding of the mental health sector and NDIS system and can help you achieve your goals.
As a professionally trained and ICF PCC credentialed coach, I focuses my coaching and mental health training on enhancing the mental health and overall well-being of others. My approach involves empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to discover their own solutions and take charge of their lives through acts of courage.
With over twenty years of experience in community service, I have honed expertise in mental health skills development, leadership, workforce training and education and have extensive experience working with other lived experience professionals to develop their peer practice.
Since 2017, I have worked independently as a Professional NDIS Consultant and Mental Health Coach, offering direct coaching to NDIS participants seeking psychosocial recovery coaching, as well as providing practice supervision for lived experience workforce and management.
My qualifications and professional training include the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, a Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work. I am currently working towards the Adv. Diploma in Community Sector Management.
I look forward to connecting and working with you.

At Peer Visioning, we strongly condemn the use of conversion therapy, seclusion, restraint practices and any other harmful practices designed to control and oppress the indelible human spirit.
Peer Visioning would like to acknowledge and extend our gratitude for the wisdom of the Bunurong/Boonwurrung Peoples, whose land our head office is located upon. We offer our respect to elders past and present for their ongoing custodianship of the land. Sovereignty has never been ceded. We recognise the struggle of First Nations people in securing justice, remembrance, and healing from the dispossession of land and wars of genocide perpetrated and the devastation caused. We accept the invitation to walk together and work towards a better future.
We recognise the elders within the LGBTIQ community whose shoulders we stand upon. We acknowledge the struggle for equality, safety and full citizenship. We acknowledge the systemic discrimination that remains and limits access to medical care, family planning, and equal employment especially for the gender diverse minority which includes people who are transmasculine, brotherboys, transfeminine and Sistergirls.
We recognise the value and importance of all people with lived experience of mental health conditions. We grieve with those who have endured abuse and coercive practices from systems and society. We stand together with those seeking to create dignified environments where people experiencing distress are cared for and supported towards recovery.
